위메프 파트너 is a mobile application designed exclusively for sellers. With this app, sellers can easily and quickly manage their sales and customer inquiries anytime and anywhere.
The home dashboard provides real-time updates on order status, delivery status, and customer inquiries. Sellers can stay informed about their business activities and effectively respond to urgent customer inquiries. Please note that the current version of the app does not support order, delivery, and claim menus.
The app also features a chat inquiry function, allowing sellers to receive and respond to customer messages in real-time. Additionally, sellers can view and reply to all product inquiries, and even utilize the bulk reply feature to handle multiple inquiries at once.
Furthermore, 위메프 파트너 offers an etiquette mode, allowing sellers to switch to a quiet mode during nighttime.
Please note that the app does not require any mandatory or optional access permissions.
